ANNO MMXV
2015 started with a Roman charity show to entertain sick children at Camp Quality. We were the headline act to entertain the crowds at the Helensville A & P Show with a Roman fighting display. At the Howick Military Tattoo we erected our Roman living history camp and put on a Gladiator Show. Our school performance at Kings College we recruited students into the Roman Army so they could try out some battle formations. The Waldorf Medieval Faire another excellent Gladiator Show. At Albany Shopping Mall a two-day promotional event with face-painting for the kids and a gladiator fight. At the three-day Armageddon the Romans provided crowd control as an advancing shield-wall. Armistice Cambridge we joined with the X Legion to construct a large Roman living history camp with Roman and Gladiator displays. Again we marched down Queen Street providing the pre-parade entertainment for the Farmers Santa Parade. The year finished hired as extras in a Roman movie shoot out on location, and then our Saturnalia party. Check out the photos!
