SUPPLIERS
This is a list of stores where you can get various items for your kit. It is also a good idea to look in secondhand stores such as Hospice, Red Cross and the like, as they can sometimes have suitable fabric remnants and wool yarn remnants. Look in these places also for other items of kit (e.g. bowls, baskets, wooden plates, pottery). Have a look also at what people throw out in inorganic collections.

Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm Saturday 10.30am-4pm Closed Sundays, and when he's called on business to Hong Kong. This shop has lots of cheap linen ($3-6 a metre) as well as cottons and other random stuff. It pays to phone first and check if he's open.

Just next door to the above, so worth a look if it's not open. They have cheap Indian linen ($4-6 a metre) but no wool fabric.
