Cambridge Autumn Festival - Sun 17 April Main Street
The Imperial Romans of Legio VI Ferrata were invited to the Cambridge Autumn Festival held in Main Street to help enforce the Pax Romana. The forecast predicted heavy rain, but the luck of the Romans brought Sol Invictus (the Unconquered Sun) with them. The Signifer led holding aloft the Eagle of Rome, and the legionaries followed singing their marching songs and some rude rhymes about the centurion every time he was out of hearing distance.

A video of the Roman gladiators fighting to entertain the audience at Cambridge. First up, Murmillo versus Provocator, then Thraex versus Provocator, and finally Thraex versus Murmillo. The bloodthirsty audience voted for death!
The NZ Gladiator School held exhibition display matches to entertain the Cambridge crowd. They mostly voted for life.
Roman Antiques Roadshow. One antiques dealer brought out his replica of a Roman cavalry mask and wanted to know what it was and what it was worth. Probably about 10 denarii back in Rome, but there's little demand for this fancy cavalry bling out in the provinces.
The Imperial Romans and Gladiators featured in the local Cambridge Edition newspaper, and on their official website.
